About Bark By Smudge
Many of us are guilty of loving our dog a little too much when it comes to food. I, myself am very guilty of it. I already consistently make homemade cookies for friends and family. Why not make homemade dog treats. I decided to create Bark by Smudge which provides an organic, natural product that's fun, creative and also provides health benefits.

Our story
We are an all natural, organic dog treat company based in Ottawa, Ontario.
We offer numerous dog-friendly treats including a variety of cookies and biscuits, cakes, doughnuts and much more. We only use organic, all natural, whole-some ingredients. Many of our products are gluten and dairy free. Made with minimal ingredients, these are perfect for pets with allergies.
I grew up in Ottawa, Ontario. I’m the proud dog parent to Smudge — the inspiration behind everything we do. Smudge was diagnosed with a rare disease and will have a longer, better quality of life if he were to lose weight. After years of wanting to begin a business centred around pets, I chose to blend my two hobbies; Smudge and baking.
I decided to create treats that are as wholesome, natural, and as healthy as possible. Every Bark by Smudge product is packed with nutrients and vitamins, ensuring these are a treat for your dog with lasting benefits,
